Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapy that involves applying pressure to specific areas on the feet. It is based on the theory that these areas correspond to specific organs, systems and body parts and that applying pressure to them can help to promote healing and relaxation.
Facial Reflexology
Facial reflexology is a form of therapy that involves stimulating specific points on the face to improve overall health and wellbeing. The practice is based on the principle that the face reflects the internal state of the body and that by applying pressure to certain points on the face, the corresponding organs and systems in the body can be stimulated. Facial reflexology is believed to help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve circulation and lymphatic drainage.
Zone Face Lift
A Zone Face Lift treatment is bespoke & completely customised to each client, and combines a deeply restorative experience with an insightful reading of reflex points on the face, thus creating the perfect result with a glowing healthy looking complexion, beginning with the first treatment.

A BIT ABOUT ME....
Leaving my corporate job to dive into a reflexology career marked a monumental moment in my life. For over 15 years, I worked in Ladieswear Design and Buying, a job that kept the bills paid and provided for my young family. However, I continuously felt I was adrift from my true passions and calling.
​
My heart had always leaned towards healing modalities and making a difference in people's lives in a meaningful way. It was a personal experience with reflexology that acted as the catalyst and set me off on this wonderful path.
​
Reflexology isn't just a job; it's a connection on a profound level. It's about tailoring care and attention to each person's unique needs. This career doesn't just bring joy and fulfillment; it fills me with a sense of purpose that was missing in my corporate days.
